The DIP-Tools 2-component static mixers are used for the mechanical mixing of the 2-component epoxy resin adhesive, so that an ideal mixing of both components is guaranteed. The static mixers are offered for the 25/50ml cartridge and for the 150ml cartridge.

First, the 2-component epoxy resin adhesive is screwed on and the static mixer is attached. When using a static mixing nozzle, the two components are mixed within the mixing nozzle so that the mixing is ideal. The first 2 g must be discarded as they are not yet mixed 1:1. However, the mixing nozzle can only be used until the adhesive in the mixing nozzle has dried. A new nozzle is then required.
