After a short hardening, the odorless superglue offers a very high final strength. The product is also suitable for sensitive gluing work, because its colorlessness means it can be processed without a trace and efflorescence and white haze are a thing of the past. When developing the DIP tool superglue, we paid particular attention to safety for the user. On the one hand, the product can be used anywhere thanks to its odorless, RoHs-compliant formulation. On the other hand, our ergonomic, soft bottle made in Germany ensures optimal application - without any sticky fingers.

Note: The odorless superglue is suitable for materials such as rubber, metal, wood, aluminium, ABS, polycarbonate and PVC. Please use our primer for plastics that are difficult to bond, such as PE and PP.

Instructions for the optimal use of the odorless superglue

1. The parts to be bonded must be clean and free of oil and grease.
2. Apply DIP-Tools superglue thinly to one side
3. Join the parts to be connected and press together
4. The parts should be positioned as precisely as possible because of the sometimes short fixing time (adhesive is hand-tight after 5 - 90 seconds).
5. The optimum relative humidity should be around 65%

Storage instructions for the odorless superglue

• Store cool (5°C to 8°C), dark and dry
• Storage time: at least 12 months (if stored correctly)

The optimum ambient temperature for use is between 15°C and 25°C. The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. Before use, shake the container thoroughly for about 2 minutes. Make a test spray before use. The distance between the spray can and the surface to be painted should be 25 to 30 cm.
Apply the varnish in 2-3 thin coats. The time interval between individual shifts must not be longer than 5 or 10 minutes. Before applying another coat, shake the spray can well again. Clean the spray nozzle after use! – Hold the spray can upside down and spray until empty. For direct application to steel, it is recommended to apply a coat of varnish or enamel. Drying time at 20° C:
- dust dry: after approx. 30 minutes
- dry to the touch: after approx. 60 minutes
- fully dried: after approx. 2 hours

The DIP-Tools cockpit spray is a fully synthetic surface care product with a highly lubricating microfilm. The high-temperature-resistant, silicone-free care spray has an antistatic effect. It is used to support the assembly of plastic parts and stiff seat belts. It is also used to care for and protect plastic and wooden fittings. It eliminates squeaking, cracking and creaking noises in the vehicle interior and prevents door seals from freezing.

DIP-Tools Industrial Cockpit Spray is safe to use on most surfaces. Nevertheless, we recommend that you carry out your own tests before use.
Spray directly onto the surface to be cleaned from a distance of approx. 30 cm and wipe off with a clean, dry cloth.
