Our transparent universal 2-component adhesive based on epoxy resin easily masters almost all areas of application and materials indoors and outdoors. The product shines with excellent adhesion and fast curing after mixing the two components. After just five minutes, there is strong hand strength, which is particularly useful when gluing surfaces. Furthermore, the simple application and storage of the universal 2-component adhesive are convincing. By gently pressing the double-chamber tip, the 2 components slide evenly onto the material in the correct mixing ratio of 1:1 and with minimal creep behavior. You can even apply the glue under water if you use a primer first. In addition, the 2-component adhesive with two resealable closure chambers remains unmixed for a long time. Instructions for the optimal use of the universal 2-component adhesive

1. The surface to be bonded must be roughened and clean, dry and free from oil, grease and wax
2. Place the two components on a disposable surface and mix thoroughly until a cloudy sticky consistency forms
3. Apply the mixture to both surfaces and press together
4. The hand strength is reached in 5 minutes, the full adhesive strength within 1 hour and the final strength after 24 hours (at 25 °C)
5. Due to the variety of uses of the product and the respective special circumstances (e.g. processing parameters, material properties, etc.), we recommend that the user first carry out their own tests

Storage instructions for the universal assembly adhesive

• Apply using a suitable cartridge press
• Minimum application temperature: 5 °C
• Store unopened in a cool, dry place
• Storage temperature between 10°C and 25°C

Instructions for optimal use of the universal assembly adhesive

1. The wings must be clean and free of grease and dust. Processing temperature +5°C to +40°C. Adhesion tests are recommended.
2. Cut off the cartridge tip at the top of the cartridge and screw the nozzle.
3. Cut the nozzle to get the desired angle, bead size and shape.
4. Insert the cartridge into the cartridge gun and pull the trigger.
5. Apply continuous beads or dots, applying enough pressure to properly apply the mounting adhesive.

Where adhesives fail, a universal primer usually helps. The durable universal primer from DIP-Tools is a primer for the pre-treatment of difficult-to-bond plastics such as PE, PP and silicone. It doesn't matter whether you want to prime indoors or outdoors. The product defies very high and low temperatures and withstands a wide variety of weather conditions. In addition, the high-quality, resealable bottle ensures that the primer does not dry out and can be used for a long time if stored optimally.

Tip: In order to achieve optimal results and maximum adhesive performance, we recommend that you only use the product in combination with other DIP-Tools adhesives.

1. Remove moisture, grease, oil, dust and other contaminants from the surface
2. Coat both sides with universal primer using a brush or cloth
3. Leave to dry for 1-2 minutes

Our two-component adhesive is suitable for almost all materials and weather conditions. The two-component, completely waterproof and extra strong epoxy resin adhesive bonds and seals almost all materials indoors and outdoors. After just 5 minutes, our epoxy resin adhesive has an extremely strong hand strength, which, after appropriate curing, leads to an incredibly high final strength of the 2k adhesive. Our epoxy resin is transparent. The objects can be glued in such a way that no color residues of the glue are visible. The addition of colorants also sets no limits to creativity. The glue is very easy to dose, by gently squeezing the double-chamber syringe you get a 1:1 mixture. In this way, the epoxy resin slides evenly and transparently onto the material.

• At room temperature (15-30°C) simply open the tube and apply the adhesive evenly
