The optimum ambient temperature for use is between 15°C and 25°C. The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. Before use, shake the container thoroughly for about 2 minutes. Make a test spray before use. The distance between the spray can and the surface to be painted should be 25 to 30 cm.
Apply the varnish in 2-3 thin coats. The time interval between individual shifts must not be longer than 5 or 10 minutes. Before applying another coat, shake the spray can well again. Clean the spray nozzle after use! – Hold the spray can upside down and spray until empty. For direct application to steel, it is recommended to apply a coat of varnish or enamel. Drying time at 20° C:
- dust dry: after approx. 30 minutes
- dry to the touch: after approx. 60 minutes
- fully dried: after approx. 2 hours

Instructions for the optimal use of the high-performance adhesive dough

1. Remove dirt, dust and grease/oil from the surface
2. Mix Knetfix until a uniform mass is formed. Please wear gloves.
3. Carefully press the compound onto the area to be repaired, the total processing time is 10 minutes
4. If necessary, use a screw clamp or similar to press on for 15 minutes
5. After half an hour, the mass can be further processed (e.g. drilling, grinding, painting, etc.)
6. Final strength is reached after 12 hours

Instructions for optimal use of the universal assembly adhesive

1. The wings must be clean and free of grease and dust. Processing temperature +5°C to +40°C. Adhesion tests are recommended.
2. Cut off the cartridge tip at the top of the cartridge and screw the nozzle.
3. Cut the nozzle to get the desired angle, bead size and shape.
4. Insert the cartridge into the cartridge gun and pull the trigger.
5. Apply continuous beads or dots, applying enough pressure to properly apply the mounting adhesive.

4. The hand strength is reached in 5 minutes, the full adhesive strength within 1 hour and the final strength after 24 hours (at 25 °C)

Storage instructions for the universal 2-component adhesive

The DIP-Tools 2-component static mixers are used for the mechanical mixing of the 2-component epoxy resin adhesive, so that an ideal mixing of both components is guaranteed.

The static mixers are offered for the 25/50ml cartridge and for the 150ml cartridge.

First, the 2-component epoxy resin adhesive is screwed on and the static mixer is attached. When using a static mixing nozzle, the two components are mixed within the mixing nozzle so that the mixing is ideal. The first 2 g must be discarded as they are not yet mixed 1:1. However, the mixing nozzle can only be used until the adhesive in the mixing nozzle has dried. A new nozzle is then required.
